Note: We do not provide tailgate lifts or forklifts for unloading. For oversized items, unloading is the customer's responsibility unless White-Glove service is arranged.

Our standard UK delivery network covers the majority of England and Wales. However, certain regions are either not accepted by our logistics partner or are not listed in the standard rate table and require a custom quote. If your address falls into any of the categories below, please get in touch before placing your order.

- Bespoke Manufacturing: 15–25 business days (depending on project complexity and material selection).
Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched via our international logistics network. Estimated total timeframes from order confirmation:

Due to the handcrafted nature of bespoke pieces, timelines may vary slightly. Our project team will keep you updated with real-time progress throughout every stage of production and shipping.
Delivery Options — Curbside & White Glove
Standard Curbside: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No indoor placement or assembly included.
White Glove Service (Optional): Recommended for premium conference tables and full suites. Includes indoor placement, professional assembly, and packaging removal. *Additional fees apply.
Order Tracking, Inspection & Claims
Tracking Your Order: As soon as your shipment is collected by our local courier, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can check your delivery status at any time via our Order Tracking Page.
Received Something That Isn't Right? We ask that you inspect your items upon arrival. If anything looks damaged or is not as expected, please get in touch with us right away — the sooner you let us know, the faster we can sort things out for you. Send photos and a description to support@anzhap.eu within 7 days of delivery. For full details on returns, please see our Refund Policy.

Claims submitted outside these windows may not be eligible for investigation or compensation, so please don't delay if something seems off.
If a delivery attempt fails or a shipment is returned due to reasons on the recipient's side — such as an incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel, or unavailability at the time of delivery — any resulting return shipping fees and re-delivery charges will be the responsibility of the original sender. We strongly recommend ensuring that someone is available at the delivery address on the scheduled date, and that all address details provided at checkout are accurate.
