During the final checkout stage, verify that the total order includes the service fee. This ensures our EU logistics team coordinates an installer for your delivery date.

Delivery & Service Precautions

1. Delivery Logistics & Access
  • Curbside Delivery: Due to the large scale of our furniture, standard delivery is "Under-the-eaves" or Curbside.
  • Floors & Elevators: If the delivery address is not on the ground floor and no elevator is available, items will be delivered to the ground floor entrance.
  • Access Restrictions: Please notify us if your location has narrow streets, no off-street parking, or private residential restrictions.
2. Failed Delivery & Surcharges
  • If the customer is absent during the scheduled delivery window or refuses receipt without valid cause, actual redelivery and storage charges will be levied.
3. Delays & Scheduling
  • Delivery dates are estimates. Schedules may be impacted by extreme weather, EU road conditions, or peak carrier volumes. We appreciate your patience in these instances.
4. Immediate Inspection
  • Please unbox and inspect your items immediately upon arrival. Check for any transit damage or shortage of components and report to us within 7 days.
